We had a blast of serious winter here. Over a week well below freezing, snow and ice. Once it melted, we all felt like spring had sprung! When you go from 15 degrees to 50, it is amazing how warm 50 degrees can feel!

For a taste of how our farm took to the weather… we snapped a few pictures for you all!

The cats slept in the garage out of the weather.
chickens hiding in coop
The chickens wouldn’t leave the warmth of the coop.
barn snow
snow blew into the barn from under the eaves!

It looks magical! Nonetheless, I bet Zip will be glad when spring comes.

Zip just hates the wind… all other weather, he is good with 🙂 But we are all ready for spring!
