Well, our raised potato bed did us good! We harvested three grocery bags full of potatoes! Yum! The process is a bit like digging for gold and ended up being more fun then the kids thought it would be. We celebrated with our first batch of homegrown potato cheese soup this week, both our potatoes and our goat milk. Perfect for the cooler, rainy fall weather that is finally upon us.
