When it comes to animals and farm, there is a different mentality than you find in the city. Maybe you can remember from the movie Babe, where the duck wants to learn to crow? And the pig wants to herd the sheep? Every animal has its job on a farm and some jobs might seem a bit better than others might.

Pigs are bred to be pork and bacon. Our pigs are no different. Therefore, they live with us for about 6 months and we don’t give them names. We do our best to keep them healthy and satisfied – which for a pig is a clean pen, a friend, unlimited food and a chance to run and play a bit.

The homegrown pork is some of the best you will ever eat. Happy pigs equal happy food.
